About Mrs. Hardin

Brittany Hardin is one of our Special Education teachers at HMS, as well as the assistant volleyball coach. She started her teaching career at Kingston Springs Elementary in 2013, where she taught 2nd grade for nine yearsShe attended Faulkner University in Montgomery, AL to play volleyball, and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. Brittany then went on to attend Arkansas State University, earning her Master's Degree in Special Education 4-12: Curriculum and Instructional Specialist. 
 
Brittany met her husband, Vance, in her campus ministry in Alabama. They moved back to TN in 2012. Vance is the welding instructor at Creek Wood High School in Dickson County and also drives a school bus. They have two children, Ledger (7) and Thatcher (2). Outside of the classroom she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, reading, and being a boy mom! She looks forward to contributing to the growth and continued success of the students at HMS.
